Join our municipal liaisons and local Wrimos in the community for a kickoff party at Fairfax Library this Saturday, October 24 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. There will be giveaways, free food, and plenty of conversation. Bring a treat or food if you can for this potluck-style event!
UES November General Meeting / NaNoWriMo Kickoff Party
November 2, 7:30 – 9:30 in the HUB VIP 2. We will talk about our projects and discuss some tips and tricks for finishing while we eat and get to know each other.
UES Weekly Writing Workshop Mini Write-ins
Every Monday from 7:30 to 9:30 in November, we will begin our weekly creative writing workshop with thirty minutes of quiet writing time. The person who writes the most in those 30 minutes will get some kind of kudos or goody.

November 30, 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM. We will use the entire workshop time for silent writing and celebrate intermittently when people cross the goal line. NOTE: We may move after 9:30 to Starbucks or an area in the JC so we can stay as long as people need to finish
